Youth Achievement Awards

Our youth achievement awards are given to young people who demonstrate success, at school, at home, or in the community. These awards are used to provide young people with basic needs and access to extracurricular programs and services that are out of reach for their families. Common awards are:

  • Sports fee - $50 - to play sports at schools or on club teams

  • Music/Dance fee - $75 - to take music or dance classes/lessons

  • AP/College Tests - $100 - to take AP and College Tests

  • School trips - $150 - to take trips to museums, conferences, etc

  • Driver’s Education - $300 - to pay for Driver’s Ed as its no longer offered in schools

  • College Visits - $250 - so students can visit Historically Black Colleges & Universities
